Archiving Policy

Archiving Policy

The Journal of Civil Business and Labor Law (JCBLL) is committed to the long-term preservation and accessibility of all published content. The journal employs multiple archiving strategies to ensure permanent availability of its scholarly content.

Digital Archiving

  • PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN): JCBLL participates in the PKP Preservation Network, which provides decentralized preservation of journal content across multiple nodes.
  • GARUDA (Garba Rujukan Digital): All articles are indexed and archived in GARUDA, the Indonesian Ministry of Education's digital repository.
  • Google Scholar: All published content is indexed by Google Scholar for broad discoverability.

Author Self-Archiving

Authors are permitted and encouraged to deposit their published articles in:

  • Institutional repositories of their affiliated universities or research institutions
  • Personal academic websites or profiles (ResearchGate, Academia.edu, etc.)
  • National or international subject repositories

Authors may use the final published PDF (Version of Record) for self-archiving purposes, provided proper attribution to JCBLL is included.

Data Preservation

The journal ensures that all article metadata, full-text content, and supplementary materials are preserved and accessible through the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform maintained by Nexus Research Publishing.
